At Almas Jewellers, we take pride in our craftsmanship and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your piece isn't perfect, we offer a seamless 30-day return and exchange policy for all unworn items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization Number.

  Pack Securely

  Place your jewellery in its original branded box and include all certificates of authenticity to ensure the item is protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email and drop the package off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our gemologists verify the condition of the return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
